Troubleshooting: If the microphone doesn't appear to be working a tip is to switch browsers i.e. choose one of the other ones installed - Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox and see if it works in the other browser.
Troubleshooting: The flatbed scanners may occasionally display an error on the computer about the scanner being locked. There's a toggle inside the scanner that has a padlock locked and unlocked. Simply slide the toggle to the unlocked position.
Troubleshooting: Occasionally the PC won't appear to give any feedback that the webcam has connected successfully i.e. no plug'n'play connection sound, no icon in the taskbar, or light on the camera.
To double-check it's actually connected, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras and check if it's listed under Connected Cameras.
