The following translates a borrower's loan history into bibliographic records – allowing them to be searchable.
- Navigate to the Circulation module and search by the borrower's number
- Expand the History and click the link showing the number of loans
- Click the Translate Set button
a. Select Bibliographic records linked to these loans
b. Click the Translate Set button
- Click Refine Set to search through the results
